What is the refund policy for event registrations?
If you need to cancel an event registration prior to September 1, 2014, please contact Alumni Relations with your request. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of event registration refunds. No refunds will be processed after September 1, 2014 for paid Homecoming events or activities unless an event has to be cancelled by the University.
When and where can I pick up my event tickets during Homecoming?
You can pick up your registration packets at the Charleston Marriott Town Center on Friday, October 10th from 10am until 6pm. Free events do not require tickets, but you are encouraged to register online.
Where can I watch the Homecoming parade?
Fans are encouraged to watch the parade from the area surrounding the University Union. Please make sure to stay at the Union for a special message from President Hemphill regarding the future of the University.
