Reserve a room:
In order to reserve a room at the host hotel, you must first complete your Homecoming registration. You will receive a call from the WVSU Office of Alumni Relations within 48 hours of receiving your completed registration.
Make your reservations prior to September 15, 2019 to qualify for this special rate.
**Guests can only book one room in their name. Multiple Reservations will not be accepted**
If requesting lodging reservation for Host Hotel Room Block:
1.YOU MUST PURCHASE A PACKAGE TO QUALIFY FOR THE HOTEL BLOCK
Add-ons only do not qualify for the block
2. Select 'yes' on registration form
(must have Homecoming Registration completed to reserve room.. no add ons only)
3. Allow 48 hours for the Alumni Office to call you to fulfill your reservation needs
4. Rooms are limited, first come first served
